Who we are

This website at wncrd.com is operated by WNC Residential Development LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("WNCRD," "we," "us"), a residential real estate developer serving Western North Carolina. Our office is at Arden, NC. You can reach us at salbenorte@wncrd.com or (828) 654-0123. We process personal information in the United States.

What we collect

Contact form. When you submit our project inquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number, project details, and any file (such as a survey or plat) you choose to attach. We use this only to respond to and evaluate your inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a contractor-client, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

Analytics. We use Burst Statistics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted on our own server, to measure page visits and understand which content is useful. By default it does not set tracking cookies, it anonymizes visitor data (for example by truncating IP addresses), and it does not share your data with third parties.

Cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies only if you log in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded content from other websites (for example an embedded map) may set its own cookies.

How we use your information

To reply to inquiries, assess and plan building projects, keep records of our correspondence, and protect the Site against abuse and fraud. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, including our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider, and on-site form processing. For a project you engage us for, we may share relevant information with professionals involved (for example a surveyor, lender, architect, or contractor), only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

Inquiry submissions are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our ordinary business records, then deleted. Uploaded files are kept only while a project is under discussion and are removed if the project does not proceed.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing salbenorte@wncrd.com. If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. You can decline to provide information, though we may then be unable to respond to your inquiry.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

We do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
